Due to the still enormous number of queries and emails to our support team, we are currently unable to accept any further orders and have therefore deactivated the order function in our shop since the 17.04.2024. All orders received until then are currently being processed at full speed. We will reopen the order function for new orders from 29.04.2024 with a strengthened team.
So that we can process the orders and enquiries in peace, please refrain from further enquiries/orders by e-mail or telephone until then. Changes or additions to existing orders are also not possible. However, you can completely cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched by e-mail.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as your existing order has been dispatched. It is also possible that your order will be dispatched in several packages a few days apart.
