Flush and Substrate Maintenance Solution FlashClean by Terra Aquatica

The growth-related formation of fertilizer residues is a natural process that occurs in every system. The result is salt deposits that clog drippers, leave unsightly marks on the soil or substrate surface, and ultimately cause stress and root damage. The highly concentrated fertilizers available today and the high EC values in many systems can also lead to nutrient deficiency due to over-fertilization, silently impairing growth.

FlashClean provides solutions for these and other problems:

• Clears accumulations of fertilizer salts
• Restores nutrient balance
• Eliminates nutrient deficiencies caused by over-fertilization
• Feeds microorganisms and regenerates soil and coconut fiber
• Supports final growth, especially when used with FinalPart.

The mineral salt-dissolving special formula of FlashClean dissolves the nutrient bindings between minerals and substrate, which can then be easily rinsed out. And the remaining nutrients can be optimally utilized by the plants during the crucial week before harvest.

Unlike other commercially available flushes or finishing treatments, FlashClean is not an acid or enzyme cleaner, does not deplete magnesium or other mineral additives in the system, making it extremely versatile in use: with FlashClean, you can create a clean, regenerated starting point for your system and plants at any stage of development.

No matter where or how you grow plants - indoors or outdoors, in soil or without, in hydroponics, pots, or beds - FlashClean is absolutely straightforward: simply mix it with pH-regulated water and apply.

Application of FlashClean

In hydroponic recirculating systems

• For restart and refreshment before changing the fertilizer (including FinalPart): add 1.5 to 3 ml of FlashClean per liter to the existing nutrient solution and let it circulate for 24 hours before preparing a new nutrient solution. Choose the lower dosage for young or sensitive plants and the higher dosage for established plants or those nearing harvest.
• After burnout or over-fertilization: drain the old nutrient solution, add 1.5 to 3 ml of FlashClean per liter of pH-adjusted water (you don't need to fill the tank completely, just enough to operate the system). Let it run for 24 hours, empty the tank, and fill it with fresh nutrient solution. Choose the lower dosage for young or sensitive plants and the higher dosage for established plants.
• As a final flush (after FinalPart): drain the old nutrient solution, add 1.5 to 3 ml of FlashClean per liter of pH-adjusted water (you don't need to fill the tank completely, just enough to operate the system). Let it run for the last two days before harvest to increase the sugar content of your crop, instead of losing aroma and active ingredients through days of water flushing.

In substrates and soilless mixes

• For restart and refreshment before changing the fertilizer or after over-fertilization: every two weeks (or as needed in case of nutrient blockage), fill a watering can with fresh pH-adjusted water and add 1.5 to 3 ml of FlashClean per liter. Soak the pot until the liquid drains out of the bottom. With the next watering, you can resume your regular nutrient supply. Choose the lower dosage for young or sensitive plants and the higher dosage for established plants.
• As a final flush/after FinalPart: use 3 ml of FlashClean per liter of water instead of fertilizer during the last two days before harvest to increase the sugar content of your crop, instead of losing aroma and active ingredients through days of water flushing.

Note: FlashClean can be used in any growth or flowering stage but not more than once every two weeks.

FlashClean is suitable for

All fertilizers and substrates, especially FinalPart.

• FlashClean maximizes the potential of FinalPart. When nitrogen or other salts have been rinsed out of the substrate, FinalPart efficiently mobilizes nitrates and improves the taste of the final product.
• Instead of flushing with water for 10 days, administer FlashClean for 2 days at the end. Commercial growers around the world do this and save a whole 8 days!
