GrowStream 40 V2: The New Aeroponic System for 40 Plants by Terra Aquatica

The GrowStream systems are based on the highly efficient technology of the AeroFlo system while offering a range of improvements that make this system even more ergonomic, maintaining uncompromising quality.

With a capacity of 40 plants per system unit, this expandable GrowStream system provides flexible solutions for hydroponic plant production. The GrowStream® concept, based on the principle of optimal distribution of oxygen-rich water throughout the length of the cultivation system, offers the benefits of a cultivation technique known as aeroponics without its drawbacks (water heating and high susceptibility to pH fluctuations).

The GrowStream 40 V2 system consists of a 200-liter reservoir tank with a water pump that delivers water to the planting trough, where it's injected at precise intervals. The nutrient solution then flows through the drain pipe back to replenish the reservoir tank, optimally oxygenating it without the need for complex control mechanisms or multiple air pumps. This simplifies the assembly and operation of the GrowStream system, allowing the grower to focus on plant management rather than system maintenance.

New innovations in the V2 models include a removable lid and rounded corners, simplifying cleaning, a double-walled chamber and lid construction for improved insulation, and an internal irrigation line to prevent water loss. Compared to AeroFlo, the slightly larger dimensions of the GrowStream 40 ensure ample space and water for larger plants' roots. The GrowStream 40 is versatile, suitable for both small and large plants. These aeroponic hydroponic systems can support not only salads and herbs but also larger plants to thrive.

New Flexible T-Distributors Allow Variable Trough Spacing

The GrowStream V2 models now feature a flexible T-distributor (black), unlike the rigid T-distributor of the old V1 models. Instead of being glued together, the T-distributors now consist of separate parts with flexible hoses that can be screwed together using connectors.

This new design offers several advantages. For example, the risk of distributor breakage is reduced, and you can extend or shorten the trough spacing depending on the crops by adjusting the hose lengths. If you wish to have a larger spacing between the two troughs on the right side and a very close spacing on the left side, you can modify the pipe lengths accordingly.
