pH-Plus - Liquid pH Correction Agent

For simultaneous pH regulation and silica supply.

As absurd as it may sound for gardeners who have to deal with hard water: In the case of very soft water or water filtered through reverse osmosis, upward pH correction is essential. Terra Aquatica's pH-Up Regulator raises the pH value and also serves as a reliable source of silica, which is often lacking in hydroponics because silicates are barely soluble. And because silica contributes significantly to the health of plants, we enrich our products with it whenever possible.

Nothing benefits plants as much as an optimal pH value. A high pH promotes cation uptake, while a low pH promotes anion uptake. The set value is always a compromise between two extremes. Typically, a range of 5.5 to 6.5 is recommended. We recommend a value in the lower range of 5.5 to a maximum of 6.2.

Application of pH-Up Regulator

Caution: Always wear suitable protective clothing when handling strong acids/bases. Use the pH Test Kit to measure the pH value.

Add the required amount to the water or nutrient solution. Measure the pH value again and readjust if necessary.
