pH-Minus - Unique Powdered pH Corrector

The only pH corrector available in powder form in the market is unique in the industry!

The pH-Down powder, chemically inactive in its initial state, activates its acidic effect only after being mixed with water. pH correction is one of the main tasks for indoor gardeners. With the pH properly adjusted, minerals become available to plants, and chelates remain stable.

In addition to its primary role in pH control, pH-Down powder (highly concentrated) is also used for cleaning and disinfecting pipes and other system components. When used as a foliar spray (diluted), it helps remove pesticide residues and acts as a booster, providing plants with the following nutrients:

• Nitrates in a formulation that supports growth without affecting flowering.
• Phosphates to enhance flower formation, strengthen roots, promote lush leaves, and support even growth.

Nothing benefits plants more than an optimal pH level. A high pH promotes cation uptake, while a low pH enhances anion uptake. The set value is always a compromise between two extremes. Usually, a range of 5.5 to 6.5 is recommended. We recommend aiming for a value in the lower range of 5.5 to a maximum of 6.2.

Application of pH-Down Powder

Caution: Always wear appropriate protective clothing when handling strong acids/bases. To measure the pH level, use the pH Test Kit.

• pH reduction in nutrient solutions: Add 1g to 5 to 6 liters of water and mix well. Measure the pH level and adjust as needed with the appropriate amount of pH-Down or fresh water.
• Cleaning of pipes and system components: Use 1g per liter of water, let the system run overnight, and then thoroughly rinse with water.
• As a leaf cleaner: Use 1g per 10 liters of water.
